
Reimbursement of costs
Pursuant to the German Ordinance on the Reimbursement of Intermediaries' Expenses of 01.04.2025 (IntermAufwErsV), intermediaries may claim reimbursement of their expenses in connection with responding to requests for information under the Second Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II), provided that the shareholder information provided by the intermediary complies with the minimum requirements set out in Table 2 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/12.
This request for reimbursement of costs must be submitted to the third party appointed by the issuer within 6 months of the date on which the request for information was sent to the primary intermediary (the relevant national central securities depository).
You can make this notification quickly and easily by providing the information below.
At the end of the six-month registration period, we will inform you via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide below about the actual reimbursement in euros of the costs incurred by the individual intermediary for this request for information in accordance with the Intermediary Fee Regulation, as well as the necessary information for invoicing.
Important: The provisions of the Regulation apply to all intermediaries in the custody chain if the request for information relates to the ISIN of an issuer incorporated in Germany.
